Ive already got ewido 3.5 and was wondering is version 4.0 really much difference or is version 3.5 ok to stick with?

If version 4.0 is advised, do i need to uninstall version 3.5 first,or will it remove it during the install?

Also,with version 3.5, it can still be used after 14days, does version 4.0 allow it to run the same after the trial period, or does it not allow as much in terms of the older version?

I would recommend that you update to version 4.0. Its good security practice to update to the newest versions of any anti-spyware/anti-virus apps that you use.

Download it first, then uninstall your old version, reboot and install 4.0.

Ewido 4.0 is a free trial product for 30 days and all the extensions of the full version will be activated. After the 30 day trial, these extensions ('Resident Shield' and 'Automatic Update') will be deactivated and the program will turn into a feature-limited freeware version. You can continue to use Ewido as an on-demand scanner (recommended) but you will have to manually update the definition files each time you scan.

v3.5 will work as a stand-alone scanner after the 14 day trial period but the real time protection features will become disabled.
