Scouring and find java is damaged.Should this cause any problems with memory card readers?Using Windows xp.

Not sure what problems it might cause, but I'd replace it with the new version, kenmanitoba. Uninstall the damaged one first. download site. smile.gif

You should update the JRE to the latest version (5 something) to avoid some security problems recently noted on earlier versions.

The damaged files should not have any effect on memory card readers. It would be best to update it anyway.
