Please I'm wanting some info on the Spyware Blaster software, re the Restricted Sites zone which are in red, are these sites automatically restricted when listed or do you have to 'check' the box beside each one to enable the protection.

Yes, you must check the box ... or you can use the "QuickTasks" (Protection tab) and click "Enable All", and you are protected.
