I have been noticing the use of "spoof" when reading about spam and phishers in the E-mail systems. My limited understanding: When a link is shown on the HTML document saying "click here for entry to E-bay (for instance)" the actual HTML coded HREF attribute (not shown) is the site of the spammer. Please, anyone chip in and elaborate. Especially show how to detect the actual site that they are trying to entice you to go to as well as any reading and info concerning this Thanks-- dance.gif crazy.gif
