I was checking my start up programs with spybots and I came across this;
adiras.exe I don't know what this is and if I need it so I have left it alone for now, but I Can't seem to find any info on it. Please does anyone know this? I have Windows XP, Nortons Internet Security 2006, and Ewido (which I Have Scanned with it has found nothing)

Leave it. It is related to your ASDL USB Modem, so you should definately leave it in the start-up list.
Remember that there is a file database here on Bleeping Computer, which is very comprehensive, and was actually the first entry when I Googled it. Without meaning to sound malicious or patronizing, remember that Google is your friend, and a very useful tool when learning about computers.
