i cannot get access to internet via the wireless network in my apartment, even though i appear to be able to access the router. using linksys router on primary computer and wireless G USB adaptor on my machine.

make sure your DHCP settings are letting you obtain DNS info as well. please check in you connection properties that you are getting a DNS address

ipconfig/all and see if you got a DNS address obtained. if not look into the routers setup and use that one thats listed

if not use a public one.

It is possible that you may be having firewall problems.

Did it work for a while, then it stopped or has it never worked right?
