I have found a program to convert a .spl file to .bmp but what I'm looking for a prgram that will convert the .bmp file back to the .spl file.

Thanks for the download. It doesn't appear to be able to convert to .spl.

I'm not exactally sure what .spl is.

The files are out of a game folder, there of the different stances a player has in the game.

Things such as weapon and armour are also shown with these .spl files.

I have been able to convert them to .bmp so they can then be edited as to what the colour or look of the weapon or armour is but then I need to convert them back so they work in the game.
