Believe it or not, I have a little nephew who from the day he started kindegarten he was nicknamed the "bonehead" by his 6 brothers, and the last laugh was on them; as he just graduated from Oxford with his doctorate in law!!

I have to say when I worked in Customer Service, eons ago as a teenager; the most
unbelievable stories that customers would return an item for a refund...one was a fella with a Timex wristwatch that was totally smashed, cracked, obliterated, dead

and he said it was a faulty watch strap that caused it to fall from his wrist and a truck ran over it in a parking lot.
Sears policy was the customer is always right and so he got is refund after 1 1/2years!!!
