How much $$$ are you willing to spend?

I am assuming that you are going to use the same HD, correct? The same question is for the case and monitor.

With that aside, you can expect to spend around $150 for a GIG of RAM (~$70 for 512 x2 because 1 GIG is usually more expensive). For the motherboard (mobo) and CPU-the sky is the limit. If these are the only 3 things you want to purchase, then you should look at how much money you have to spend, and take $150 away from it. That amount should be split into 40/60. 60% for the CPU and 40% for the mobo.

Later this evening or tomorrow, I will be able to provide some links for you.
