Last week, Dale Frantz, CIO at Auto Warehousing Co., brought to my attention an alarming business practice that shows Microsoft at its shoddy and arrogant worst.<br /> <br /> Don Tennant is editor in chief of Computerworld. <br /><br /> <div class='newslinks'><img src='http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/style_images/1/cs_page.gif'> <b>Link: <a href='http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&articleId=111186' target='_blank'><font color='red'> Full Article @ Computerworld</font></a><br />

It has been obvious that this has been occurring for quite a while now, but it's pretty brave of that guy to speak out against them.
I say--good on him!
Thanks
Scarlett, that's interesting reading,

Having followed Micro$oft's 'Business Practices' in the past, why doesn't this surprise me???

...
Dale Frantz definitely did good by reporting M$ for their latest 'enterprise'... Unfortunately, M$ is waaaay too big for the 'average' business to take on in any legal system

I agree werebo. M$ needs to focus on what the user wants not to be the biggest.

How is this any different than having a nuicance popup on your computer saying: 'Your computer is corrupt and you need to buy 'this' software'? Same thing, just using a telephone. "Buy our product or we will mess with you!"
MS has put a new twist on the evil's in the computer world.
