I just bought my first Dell Latitude Laptop on Ebay and I am having problems right from the start.From the very start I could not get anything to come up on the monitor.(screen) I notified the seller and he told me to do a number of things, one of which was to put 20 #`s of pressure on the RIGHT side of the keyboard.I did this and the computer started immediately.However, it loaded once to the Windows page and has not done so again.It does one of 2 things..It won`t start at all or it starts and then freezes up.My only luck getting it to load properly has been to press firmly on the right side of the keyboard.
Can someone tell me what might be wrong?
Is this a fixable problem?
