My computer turns on , but does not boot. It gives me a series of beeps.

1 long one and about 8 short ones i think.

i think i remember hearing that this pattern meant that i had a problem with my graphics card. But im not sure.

My computer specs are as follows, as you will probably need them to help me tongue.gif

Motherboard - MSI MS6712 (there are other names for it, but if you google that you can find it)
CPU - AMD athlon xp 2400+
HD - 250gb 3.5" hitatchi deskstar
RAM - two 256mb sticks
Graphics Card - Radeon 7500LE 128M SDR TVO

I hope someone can help me :D Thanks,

Woah - I fixed it myself. I just took the graphics card out, blew on it, put it back in, and it booted perfectly. tongue.gif

I suppose this can be closed now :D, thanks anyway.
