The answer you seek is contained in the very link you provided. In order to be at risk, "....users would have to be lured to a malicious Web site and perform actions such as writing specific text in a field to be compromised." (emphasis added)

By taking the normal precautions in travelling the web and entering data, you would thus be safe.
