This may be a dumb question to some of you, but I have a asrock p4s61 MB and what the sales guy swears to be 400mhz ddr ram, the MB however only displays 333 in the bios.... can this be changed? Am I getting scammed?

Download this program its called aida 32 it tells all about your computer.

Look under motherboard then memory. It will tell you everything you need to know about anything on your pc even your monitor.

The RAM could be 333. If that is the case, then the mobo will only run it at that speed.

The program mentioned will tell you what your motherboard can handle. If for some reason, you can not use it, then you can also try Everest Home.
