I am plagued by Spware quake. Ive used the Roguescanfix and smitrem programs but havent succeeded in removing it. i follow the instructions but when i get to the part in roguescanfix where I should get the 'uninstall' message, I see Execute. so I press that. In safe mode in Smitrem i get the scrolling files and a messaage that says the disc will be cleaned . I dont get the disc cleanup window to show progress. I just get a message saying I can continue in safe mode or system restore. as soon as I click on that, I am out. this seems stange as i have been warned that the process could take hours. I assume I am doing something wrong
