Have used your service before with great success. Hope you can help me with this one. Keep getting message "Your computer is infected!" with yellow triangle and ! mark in it. This leaves a red circle with "x" in it in the system tray. I've purchased and run SpyDoctor (purchased the software as instructed... yikes!), but message keeps coming back. Avast antivirus alerts indicate infected with "paytime.exe", "toolbar.exe" and "tool3.exe" and "tool4.exe". Can you direct me to removal instructions? Thanks.

Perhaps the instructions found HERE will help. Good luck!

Thanks, I think it worked. But I still get a Trojan Horse alert from the Avast! program. The filename is "KL1.EXE[UPX]", Malware name: Win32:Trojano-P[Trj]. Is there another fix that I can try?

Grateful for your assistance!
