willmon18, that regfile won't work because you don't have a header included. That won't fix this problem anyway, but niceresearch.
phlipsidez, you've been bit by a flaky update from Microsoft. I can tell this by looking at your log--both Verclsid.exe and HP Share to Web are present. So try the solution in the following article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165/en-usBefore you modify the registry, please make a backup. This is more conveniently done by downloading and running
erunt. Do a google for it.
There are other symptoms and workarounds for this problem but i need to do more research. Other software clashes with this update (908531 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908531/) MS06-015) and more info can be found on it here:
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,15875820Since this is a security update, I hesitate to recommend it be uninstalled. When we get a better idea of the safest workarounds and solution I'll post back. It seems to depend on what is installed, software and hardware, on each individual computer as to what the best solution will be.
