I've noticed articles and reviews talking about Memory timing for RAM. I was wondering if anyone can give me any information on the different timings such as 3-3-3 or 4-5-4..... Or maybe someone can direct me to an article or something that can explain these things to me. Thank you

Hello jawknee912,
There is a very helpful article covering this subject available here
Hope this helps you,

There is a important mistake in the that article's description of Dual Channel. A dual channel setup increases the memory rate by only a few percent, NOT doubles it. DDR RAM doubles the effective memory rate.

Dual channel doubles the theoretical memory bandwidth but in in reality it is less than so depending on memory controller and and what it is used for. But you do get much more than a few percent increase in reality also.
