Hi there! I have just update my Zone Alarm, and it has left an icon on
my desktop that I cannot move or delete. I have managed to move it
to my documents, but it is still on my desktop, and now in my documents
as well! Each time I try to delete it, the message comes up that it is
being used by another programme.

I have tried deleting it in safe mode.
I have tried deleting it by doing a selected startup.
I have tried everything!

There cannot surely be anything using this programme...any offers!?
