I have a problem getting web pages to display. This is on a new computer with Windows XP Pro. About 50% of the web pages come up with "Page Cannot be Displayed" after about 5 or 10 seconds. It will not allow me to access Any secure sites. I could sure use some help with this!

Im only guessin, but did u check the settings on your explorer? As far as i know certain pages can be blocked...
