I just wanted to post a good news item.
This fella used a dummy as a passenger to skirt the HOV lane rules. Got caught and was sentenced to do Road time . Hold up a sign at the side of the road that said "The HOV lane is not for Dummies"
The good side is "Tillie" the dummy was also sentenced to hold a sign. "Alive at 25" and an American flag .
Alive at 25 - a program promoting safe driving among young people - will get all the proceeds from the sale of Tillie, which also was part of Judge Stipech's sentence.

Tillie sold on Ebay for $15 K..
