Humane Borders, To Print Maps Of Border And Directions For Illegal Aliens

A Tucson, Arizona based group called Humane Borders is printing maps of the border and directions for illegal aliens to follow to illegally enter the United States. The maps are to be distributed by Mexico's human rights agency throughout the country. Humane Borders used software donated to them by ESRI for geographic mapping. Now I don't know about you, but this US based group should instantly be cited with aiding and abetting illegal aliens. On top of that their group should be disbanded. Also ESRI should be boycotted because they are complicit in this.

The Senate yesterday easily approved an immigration bill that allows 10 million illegal aliens to become citizens, doubles the flow of legal immigration each year and will cost U.S. taxpayers an estimated $54 billion over the next 10 years.

Those senators who voted against the immigration bill said it should have left out the "amnesty" provisions and instead focus solely on securing the border and enforcing the immigration laws that have been on the books for decades.

Here are major points of the bill:
Amnesty: 10 million illegals can apply for citizenship.
Border security: Adds 370 miles of triple-wire fencing and 500 miles of vehicle barriers; adds 3,000 Border Patrol agents this year
Employers: No penalties for businesses that hired illegals

CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT.--Consultations between United States and Mexican authorities at the federal, state, and local levels concerning the construction of additional fencing and related border security structures along the United States-Mexico border shall be undertaken prior to commencing any new construction, in order to solicit the views of affected communities, lessen tensions and foster greater understanding and stronger cooperation on this and other important issues of mutual concern.

Arlen Specter, according to Congressman John Kyl of Arizona, slipped a provision into the Immigration Bill the Senate passed today requiring the U.S. to consult with Mexico BEFORE building a wall in any area along the border.

Mexican President Vicente Fox on Thursday called the U.S. Senate's landmark vote on immigration policy a "monumental step forward" that marks a historic moment in the relationship between Mexico and the U.S.

"It is a moment that millions of families have been hoping for. This is the moment that millions of people have been working for," he told a joint session of the California Legislature. "Today's historic vote is a monumental step forward, but we recognize that there is more debate ahead."

One Sheriff Sees Immigration Answer as Simple

PHOENIX -- Sheriff Joe Arpaio thinks he has found the answer to the problem of illegal immigrants in the United States. It's not the National Guard. And it's not amnesty. "Fuhgeddaboudit!" growled Arpaio, his Boston accent unbleached by the desert sun. The sheriff's solution: Lock 'em up.

....."If you get caught by immigration, you get a free ride back to Mexico in an air-conditioned bus," Arpaio said. "A free ride? Not in my county. I'm going to put them on chain gangs, in tents and feed them bologna sandwiches."

*The bill supposedly would protect American workers by ensuring that new immigrants would not take away jobs. However, the bill's definition of ''United States worker'' includes temporary foreign guest workers, so the protection is meaningless.

*It extends the Davis-Bacon Act's requirement for the payment of ''prevailing wage'' to all temporary guest workers. That puts them ahead of Americans, who have this protection only on federal job sites.

*Foreign guest farm workers, admitted under the bill, cannot be ''terminated from employment by any employer ... except for just cause.'' In contrast, American ag workers can be fired for any reason.

For the past eight months, the Department of Homeland Security has been testing radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to keep track of who enters and exits the country. But now that officials are suggesting a widespread rollout of the technology, a DHS subcommittee is worried that the privacy concerns outweigh the technology's benefits.

Note that Mexico is, and always has been, under dictatorial government of one variety or another. Nominally a federal republic since 1917, Mexico has been under the thumb of PRI (Institutional Revolutionary Party) socialist bosses with the exception of the current president. But no matter who is in control, Mexico remains a socialistic, collectivized, and therefore impoverished nation in which political rule and corruption have seldom been parted.

Thus Mexicans, legal and illegal, come into the United States with a different language and as alien a set of ideas about the rule of law and social customs as they might had they arrived from another planet. Confronting this challenge, we thumb our noses at the historical lessons from past civilizations. We willingly abandon the language and the laws and customs that produced the success of the United States and conform our language, laws, and customs to those of the invaders.

I don't want to come across wrong but I would really like to read about it. Could please point me to where at. I have heard of say John 3:15. So did they talk about it in Revelation 3:15 or Daniel 3:15.

Hopefully, I didnt come across in a confusing way I would like to read more about it.

Assimilation is the key to any successful immigration policy, and no country has succeeded in assimilating immigrants as well as the United States. Turning immigrants into Americans didn't happen by accident but was the result of a comprehensive national effort called Americanization.

Sadly, Americanization has given way to an insidious multiculturalism. In the mid-1980s, the late Alistair Cooke, himself an immigrant, lamented the "general movement in the United States to unmelt the melting pot, to break down the goulash of the pot into its ethnic ingredients: to return, in short, to the immigrant compounds which Teddy Roosevelt was determined to fuse into one nation."
