Hi there,

My Internet has been much slower than usual ever since I installed ZoneAlarm as my AV/AS software. I can connect (w/ dial-up), but when I try to check my email, it takes so long, the email session times out.

I've heard others have had problems with their Internet after getting ZoneAlarm. Any recommendations about how to fix this?

I'm primarily concerned b/c my connection is so slow that it prevents me from getting the latest updates for ZoneAlarm's anti-virus part.
