Hello all!!!

Im having problems with spyfalcon. Basically I have downloaded the info to remove it manually but I am thinking that due to the fact that it wont let me log onto the internet I wont be able to download the programs to help me remove it!! Is this correct???? Im not the most computer literate person so any help woul;d be most appreciated.

If you cannot download them from the Internet with your machine, then use a friend's to download them to a CD or USB stick and transfer them to yours. If you still need further assistance afterwards please read the "Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log" at the bottom of that page.

BTW, can you connect to the Internet with Firefox? You did not mention what specific problems you are having so I'm not sure if your talking about IE or any browser.
