Welcome to BC razorface. Check the Event Viewer to see if it has an error code. If it does post it here exactly as reported. Do you have any USB devices connected? What else did you install? You may be taxting you power supply. Run Everest Home 2.2 to aquire a list of your componants if you are unsure.
What processor, RAM, # of drives, video adapter (make model and amount of RAM). This will help determine the load on you PS. What is the rated watts of your power supply? It should be on the case near the power input.

Did you remember to put thermal paste on the processor when you reinstalled it? How many fans are in your case? It sounds like it might be overheating.
