its telling you basically that you are using a PPPOE protocol and attempting to authenticate to the dsl server.

its normally what happens when you use PPPOE to connect to the net

Has the modem lost the password and user name, which is usually your primary email address?

Try rebooting everything.
Unplug the modem, and router, and shut down your computer.

After the modem has been disconnected for about thirty seconds plug itt back in, then the router, and reboot your computer.

By the way when lights are blinking that just means that there is activity in that port.

Se which lights are blinking. There should be a connectivity light - what is it showing?
CASTIGLIANO
the username and password is still there, ASDL light is blinking and LAN 1. I've tried all above suggestions but still no success. Is my dsl modem need to be replaced or repair? It is only a month old. But its working on my 1st use.

If you have a computer that is working connected to the modem then no your modem is not the problem. Try the following...
Start>Run>cmd>ipconfig /release. When the prompt appears type in.. ipconfig /renew. Close that window and try accessing the internet.
