I've gotten Turbo Charged Cheetah twice before (got lucky with a click, and stopped one in like .02 seconds.

Getting 0.000 has nothing to do with reflexes. It's jumping the gun and getting lucky that a sheep starts running after you clicked.
Actually, there is a slight delay between when a new sheep appears and it starts running. If you can spot the new sheep before it even moves, you can get 0.000
I'm with all you other Bobcats.
I got Rocketing Rabbit twice but I'm pretty inconsistent.
