Need Help with fixing my Windows ME - Minimizing the windows @ taskbar (WME)
--------------
Hi, Friends:
I'm using Windows ME and recently I found that the 'windows' at/on the taskbar (located at the bottom of desktop) can only be maximized by clicking the tiny windows icons ONCE (on the taskbar) but cannot be minimized at all if clicked twice! - The clicking once for maximizing and activating the windows application on screen and clicking twice for minimizing/deactivating the windows application is the superb and very useful aspect of the windows OS, isn't it?
I believe the above mentioned problem must be caused by some registry data change unknowingly and unexpectedly by installing/uninstalling some software lately (which happened to have changed my registry varibles or system files), so I post my inquiry here and I look forward to getting help from you! Please kindly show me how to update the registry data (Where + How) via regEdit or any other means!
Thanks very much!
regards,
