I saw this kind of thing a while ago. Not sure if it was the same people or not, but it's pretty cool.

Ya I know HM Im not sure if that was correct in saying it was Polish students that created it.

I've seen this before. Most likely at the site. Basically the only reason it is so accurate to your local time is because it pulls the system time up and runs the code for it.
Also, it doesn't need AM/PM, it uses a 24hr clock.
