How do I download the programs hijack this, adaware, clean up and spybot search? I had them on my old computer and am having problems with my new one. I keep getting a pop up saying that I am probably infected with the Blackworm virus and then a pop up to buy some virus protection software pops up. Is this virus real? Sorry so many questions. Hopefully someone can answer me.

The virus is probably not real, but the pop-up is just an scam to induce you to purchase a dubious program to get rid of this supposed virus.
Update your resident anti-virus and have it scan your hard drive; it will probably find nothing, but best to make sure.
Download, install, and update both Ad-AwareSE and Spybot Search and Destroy (boopme has provided the link to BC's list of freeware applications which will include both of these fine anti-spyware applications). Run both of these and let them delete all the malware they find.
If you still get that annoying pop-up, submit a HJT log to our great volunteer team of experts, who work with you to get rid of anything bad the log indicates.
