Ok before it was only doing it sometimes if i rebooted the cpu and the rest of the time it worked. Now it's everytime i reboot the cpu avast and incredmail give me annoying errors about reference error 0x etc etc could not be written. I just want to know a solution to this so i can fix it it's annoying thanks.

start>control panel>add/remove programs----remove the selected software. then re-install if you wish. personally i wouldnt install them again, AVG is a viable free antivirus program available here> www.download.com
incredimail is a problematic program, use the default OE, or mozilla thunderbird, also available on the before mentioned link.
