I am using windows 98. For the past couple of weeks my computer has been comming on in the middle of the night and connecting to the internet. I have ran virus scans and spyware scans. Have found a few items that were strange but should not have caused this. Also, if left alone it will shut it's self off. Has anyone had this problem before, and if so did you find a solution?

Wow! That is some bold fonts.
Have you checked the BIOS. Some computers have setting to do what you describe. Especially if thet are old corporate computers.
