It might be something as simple as the MAC Filtering that has it blocked.
Enter the router interface and find the MAC Filter setting and add the MAC Address off the wireless card.

If this doesn't fix it supply all the info. as possible.

I am assuming you have DSL.
Are you coming off the DSL Modem to a Router or is it an All-in-One model??
Make & Model of the router??
Make & Model of Wireless Card??
Did you say you have a WinXP system set up and running??

Question not Answered!!!!

If this is a all-in-one unit supplied by your ISP you need to enter the router interface to enter the MAC Address (Media Access Control) off the Wireless Card your ISP should be able to tell you how to do this.

The only equipment I see Wanadoo selling is Speedtouch equipment.

Look closely at your DSL modem and see what it says (usually on the bottom).
