I have both too. And have experienced no problems.
I use them together with AVG Free, Spybot-Search&Destroy & Ad-Aware SE.

Same here tamegomaith, no problems. In fact I often recommend both of these programs to help prevent spyware, homepage hijacking and increase browser security along with IE-SPYAD.

One thing to note is that if you use Spybot, SpywareBlaster, and IE-SPYAD together, there is an overlap of some of the protection offered. If you undo or disable the protection in one product, it may remove some of the protection installed by the other. You should re-immunize or re-enable the protection in the other products as appropriate.

I don't think there would be any conflicts, because spywareblaster doesn't run as a background process. it juz edits ur restricted sites, while spyware guard is the one that protects by being background process.
