Hi it seems that i can't send e-mail anymore i have recently downloaded some anti spyware programs and have been running them a bit but other than that i haven't done anything else that i know of.I use hotmail and my wife uses outlook and they boyh don't work.Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Please list the Anti-Spyware programs you are using.

Are you using a Firewall??
