Although "The United States of America" is a good guess, the phrase is different on coins. The first word (The) is omitted, presumably to save space.

Here's another question for you all to peruse....
At the top of a current U.S. One Dollar Bill - the face side - is printed "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE".
What used to be printed there before the bill was redesigned in the '70's.
