My computer crashed a few months ago and i just got around to downloading windows onto the computer again. Before it crashed, everything worked fine, including sound and video. When i got it up and running, the video was messed up and i downloaded a driver for it. I also tried downloading a crystal clear audio thing on the gateway website. I tried installing it, but when it said to insert the disc "windowns 98se" i do it and it says its not in there. Its not a problem reading the cd bc it works. When i downloaded the video it didnt ask for the disc though. What do i do??? The model is a gateway GP6-566C RENTWAY.

Go to the Device Manager and use the reinstall feature to install the drivers. When it asks, click on Have Disk. Use the browse button to point to the folder the drivers are in.
