Hi all,
I recently aquired a 256Mb 133Mhz stick of ram, and l want to know if it is compatible with a
Packard Bell imedia 4706 desktop pc
Distinguishing marks are as follows:
Part No. LMBTAL1010340
256Mb
133MHz
Chip ID reads: LD
0146LD
C256BWT3208-7

On the reverse it has the following: aria A163921

If anyone can shed any light l would be well impressed thumbup.gif

It's hard to tell the exact characteristics of the module you describe. But, your system accepts memory modules of 64, 128, 256 or 512 MB; PC133 with 4, 8, or 16 chips; in 8X64, 16X64. 32X64 or 64X64 (32X8 based) configurations. So, I'd say your system won't have problems using that particular module.

Ty Cyclica,
anyone else care to comment?

kind regards
Leurgy
I agree with Cyclica. Try it. If it is not compatible your computer won't boot, but it won't hurt anything.
