I have Publisher 2002. I have to save several files with Process Colors instead of Composite RGB before converting to a pdf so I can send to my printer.

I go to Tools, Commercial Printing Tools, Color Printing and then when I select Process Colors it comes up "Microsoft Publisher has encountered a problem and must close" and closes the file.

The files I'm trying to do this on have color and color photos in them. I am able to select Process Colors successfully when it is a file that just had black and white elements in it--which doesn't help but at least I know it can work. I even tried to do it with different color files on my laptop, which has the same version of Publisher, without success. Any suggestions?
