We have a user who is no longer with us, that just had to have Visio installed.
I need to move this istallation to another PC, and I'm wondering how this can be done, license and all...
without moving the hard drive or anything like that...

I'm presuming since you're asking the question, that you do not have the installation disk(s) available. You also mention "users", is this a networked environment? If it is a networked environment are you able to upload the app to the server, then download it to the desktop it's needed at? Any additional information you can provide relative to precisely what you want to accomplish would be helpful.
