"C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ANTI_troj.exe" is "win32.glieder.cl" trojen. Not cleaned
should I be worried? does it need to be fixed? how do i fix it.

Trying running your AV in Safe Mode. If this fails to remove it, post back. Regards, John

Since I am not sure what version of Windows you are using, I will direct you to the Tutoral about Safe Mode which includes instructions for all versions:
According to our Startup Programs Database this is an undesirable program. It is a Trojan, added by the Troj/BagleDl-AH Trojan. Removal instructions can be found here or you could use a program like A Squared Free.
