Well thanks John. Is there something I can or should do about this? Report it to someone. Or is it like trying to stop unwanted phone nags.

Pings such as this are quite frequent and normal; many come from more or less legitimate sources (such as the one above). Your firewall should have prevented the scan from detecting your computer's presence.
I would only be concerned about repeated and frequent scans from dubious sources.

Ok thanks again. The firewall bloks and tells me it did. Just that I really had no knowledge of these and when I google the numbers they had no info. So I was concerned of their nature.
