I read about this web site in my local paper this morning. Is anyone familiar with it ?

I checked it out and was told that I needed to down load Mecora IM Radio Player before I could listen to any music.
I was afraid to do that in case I was setting myself up for disaster. (viruses, worms, etc...)
Any information would be most appreciated.
