Recently, I've heard about some programs that are available for free online. I was wondering what people thought of them. The reason I ask is because another forum about a year ago, suggested I get Easy Cleaner. Once I got it, nobody I found could tell me what to do with the results it found. I have since gotten rid of it because it really served no purpose. No harm, no foul, I suppose.
So, what do you know about CCleaner and Window Washer? Are these easily used and highly suggested to get?
