I would like to know how to clear the drop down listing in Microsoft ME Search Assistant. I have tried the selecting the individual keywords in the list and the Delete key or combination of Alt Delete, Ctrl Delete, do not work. Anyone ever done this before?

ps Not in Internet Explorer.....I mean the Search Assistant where you search for files. But my operating system is MicroSoft ME.

Try in the Internet Exporer tool Tools>Internet Options>Clear History. This is located at the bottom of the window. I am assuming you are referring to IE?

If you run a program like Ccleaner those types of lists are removed. Just use the main cleaner function and not the issues area.
