I've recently been getting errors on my norton 1 button checkup. There is 11 in all that it will not fix. They read something like this. These are a few. Any help?

These are a few that keep appearing. Is this something I did that can be fixed? It has an option to ignore these on each scan but if they can be fixed I'd rather fix them. As stated before, there were no errors previously. Thanks.
I've ran adaware, spysweeper, sbc anti-spy, norton scan, and spybot. These only come up on norton one button checkup.

Clean out your temporary files folder.
Start / Run / type in: %temp%
Delete all files in this folder, then run your scan again.

I'm on a page that titles: Temp
There are 18 items in there such as HP Photosmart, Adobe, DLLs, images, ISTMP1.DIR, ~offfilt, JVM, outlook logging, {EOCFCF1C-OBD2-48B9-9EBD.... , cookies, history, is-D4RAC.tmp, is-0O0FC.tmp.....and a few more. Should I click on each 1 individually and delete? Does it sound like I'm in the right spot?
I just looked in each file and they either read "file is empty" or contains 0 bytes.

Sounds like the right place.
Click Edit, at the top of the page.
Choose Select All.
Click File, and choose Delete.
That will send them to the Recycle Bin.
Windows will re-create any Temp files, that it needs.
If you were to have problems, you can restore them, from the Recycle Bin.

There is one called ~DF12F3.temp with 32 KB TEMP file. It won't let me delete it ( cannot delete ~DF12F3.temp, being used by another person or programs. Close any programs that might be using this file). I don't know what program or person that would be using it.

I just did a scan and the above file is the only one left.

How would I find the source of this file or where it is used?

Did you try cleaning the folder in Safe Mode?

I'm still here, I'm trying to get to safe mode, haven't done that before.

I got rid of the ~DF....file when I went to safe mode but now my System Config Utility is screwed up. In System Config Utility under the General Tab what should I have checked? On startup everything is starting and has been added to the right hand corner or the system tray on bottom. "Normal" is checked now and everything is running and my Webroot Spysweeper is going crazy.
