i cannot sign into my excite homepage oe access my email from firefox or I.E. any ideas?

Is your Excite homepage, the the only page you're having problems with?
Have you updated, and run your antivirus?
Have you run any Spyware/malware programs?
What Spyware/malware programs do you use?
Were there any error messages?
What was the exact error message?
