Hi guys,

Just thinking about using Panda Antivirus instead of AVG? Is that a smart move?

I've used AVG flawlessly for years. It's efficient, clean, and does not slow down my computer at all (even it's shield)

Cant say much for pandascan, except that the free version of AVG does what the Pay version of pandascan does.

I would have to agree. Althought I have never used Panda, I have use AVG Free Edition for several years. I left 14 mos. of a 2 yr subscription to MacAfee on the table and never regretted it. There are several excellent freeware AV programs....

Antivirus (Run only one)
AVG Free Edition Antivirus (I personally use)
Avast Home Edition Antivirus Freeware
AntiVir Personal Edition Classic Freeware
BitDefender 8 Free Edition AntiVirus Freeware
