This is a problem a friend is having. Any thoughts or advice would be much apprieciated. Is Trojan Hunter a safe program to run? Are there conflicts with it and Avast!?........She did a full system scan with Avast a week ago, came back fine. No infections. Downloaded Trojan Hunter, & 10 seconds into the full scan, Avast came up saying it detected a virus Win32.Trojan_gen, located in Documents~1\locals~1\Temp\sBgXW.exe. It can't be deleted, or repaired. She did another scan w/Avast after unchecking System Restore, & it didn't pick it up. Restarted PC, & scanned again w/Trojan Hunter, & Avast came up again saying it detected it. She also did another scan w/Avast after unchecking Sys Restore & restarting, & it didn't come up. It's only detected using Trojan Hunter. She can't get rid of it, & she does not understand why Avast is only seeing it when using Trojan Hunter.

How does she get rid of this? What is it, & what does it affect?

She is going to post a HJT Log at another site. She hadn't had any replies for awhile. So I thought I'd pick the brains of you all. She should be o.k. for now. I still have my questions though. Is Trojan Hunter a safe program? And does it have conflicts with Avast!?
