I have info central on my computer for business purposes. It is full of names from our inquiries. Now when I try to bring it up: a box is on it which says: INFOCENT caused a general protection fault in module wpic.exe at 0002:icao. I dont' want to lose all of my info in this program. Can anyone help me plz. Thanks

I don't know a thing about the application. Have you tried to see if they have their own support forum?

I too am unfamiliar with this app, but they do have a forum and support section. See this link. Just as an FYI they do have an out of date security certificate. But thats not always a bad thing, it just may be an administrative oversight.

Thank yall for your input on my problem. I have a computer tech who is working on it. He is probably going to put in a more up to date program. At least we won't lose all the info we had in infocentral which consist of over 6000 names. Thanks again
